What is the Pike to Peak VIP Club?

Pike to Peak VIP Club is our version of a loyalty program. Make purchases to collect points. Then, redeem your points with the slider at checkout for savings!

Who can join?

Any U.S. resident can join for free!

How do I earn points?

You can earn points tons of ways - like referring someone to the VIP Club, making purchases, simply having a birthday, and so much more! Browse all the ways you can score points in the "Earn Points" section above. 

How do I view my point balance?

Your point balance is located under the Rewards tab once you're logged in.

How do I redeem my points?

You can browse available reward values in the "Rewards" section of this page. If you have enough points, you can redeem your points at checkout with our discount slider.

Is there a limit to the number of points that I can earn?

The limit does not exist! You can collect as many points as you'd like to redeem for savings!

What do the 'approved,' 'pending' and 'canceled' statuses in the History section mean?

Approved: These points can be redeemed on rewards immediately.

Pending: These points need to be verified before you can redeem them. This typically applied to purchases and referrals. 

Canceled: These points will not be added to your account. For example, this will happen if you cancel a purchase. These points will change from pending to canceled.

What happens if a friend I refer cancels or return their order?

Your pending points will become cancelled and will be removed from your account. 

Why did my account balance go down?

You, or someone you referred, canceled or returned a purchase.

I completed an activity, but didn't earn my points.

Sit tight, your points are on their way! It can take a few minutes for us to process your activity and provide your points.

Can I use my points during checkout?

Yes! You can use our discount slider at checkout to redeem you points for a discount.

Can I redeem my points and use a discount code on the same order?

Unfortunately, you cannot combine discount codes with points redemption. If you add a discount code to your order after redeeming points, we'll simply refund the points so you can use the code instead. However, you can always use a gift card when redeeming points!

How do I leave the program?

We'd hate to see you go! But, if you no longer wish to enjoy the Pike to Peak VIP Club perks, you can contact us and request to be unenrolled. Note that your unenrollment will mean you lose any points you have accrued.

What happens if I leave and decide to join again?

We will welcome you back with open arms! Just contact us and we will re-enroll you. Unfortunately, your points total will start over from zero and we cannot add any points retroactively.
